Business Development Executive: Boxclever & Citrus Telecom

Citrus Telecom, based in Bournemouth Dorset, is a OFCOM licensed BT interconnected telecommunications network operator providing a broad and sophisticated set of communications services to SME’s and national & international Service Providers.

Our services include WLR3, ADSL, geographic & non geographic numbers, call management solutions, hosted IP Centrex, fixed and mobile call recording, business continuity solutions and highest quality call termination services. We have a particular focus on DR (Disaster Recovery) for business telephony services.

We require an enthusiastic bright and highly motivated Business Development Executive with experience and proven track record selling telecommunications services to business customers. The position is office based however occasions may arise requiring customer premises visits.

You will be required to respond to leads arising from E marketing campaigns and web site enquiries but importantly will need to develop and maintain effective relationships with prospects from initial contact right through the sales cycle and beyond to ensure the business has a strong and long lasting relationship with its clients.

The successful candidate must have extensive corporate / B2B outbound telesales/telemarketing experience and preferably, an understanding of telecommunications. You will be professional in your presentation and telephone manner and be experienced in self-initiated sourcing of appointments by building of a pipeline and gaining prospect/customer knowledge.

You will also have excellent communication, listening, customer service, sales and organisational skills. You will be PC, Microsoft Office and Outlook literate as well as have basic Excel skills. You will be driven, innovative and a natural problem solver, be highly literate and numerate with good proof reading skills and possess a desire to achieve set targets, ensuring productivity is high.
